雙電測數字式四探針測試儀是運用直線或方形四探針雙位測量。該儀器設計符合單晶硅物理測試方法國家標準并參考美國 A.S.T.M 標準。利用電流探針、電壓探針的變換，進行兩次電測量，對數據進行雙電測分析，自動消除樣品幾何尺寸、邊界效應以及探針不等距和機械游移等因素對測量結果的影響，它與單電測直線或方形四探針相比，大大提高**度，特別是適用于斜置式四探針對于微區的測試。
